• Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs, requirements, and culture.<br />
• Learn about the client’s typical characteristics and demands in different sectors.<br />
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and interviewees.<br />
• Attracting and selecting the best candidates for each client.<br />
• Prepares advertisements for new job requirements.<br />
• Sourcing candidates from the company's database, advertisements, referrals, and social networking.<br />
• Explores potential candidates by conducting a phone or personal interview.<br />
• Managing and negotiating the contract offer.<br />
• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities. </p>
