Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and field prospecting to product demo, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Identify and onboard offline-first retailers in your assigned territory—especially in segments like fashion, jewelry, electronics, groceries, salons, and cafes.
  • Conduct in-person product demos and communicate clear ROI to shop owners, managers, and franchise partners.
  • Build strong local pipelines through store visits, referrals, walk-ins, and channel relationships.
  • Keep CRM systems updated regularly with lead status, meeting notes, and closures.
  • Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client transition post-sale.
  • Maintain weekly activity goals (visits, demos, closures) and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re on the lookout for high-energy, outcome-driven Field Sales Executives who can own the streets, win over shopkeepers, and drive revenue. If you’re excited by SaaS, have a flair for building relationships, and are hungry to grow—this is your chance to be part of a fast-scaling retail tech startup.
  • This role is ideal for candidates who’ve sold to SMB retailers and have previously worked in sales roles at companies like Petpooja, GoFrugal, Zoho, Razorpay, Pine Labs, or any other POS/CRM/fintech solution.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of B2B field sales experience in SaaS, CRM, POS, digital marketing, or retail fintech.
  • Prior experience selling to offline retailers, small chains, or multi-outlet businesses.
  • Excellent storytelling and ROI pitching – you can explain why a ₹25K–₹1.5L/month tool is worth it.
  • Confident doing WhatsApp follow-ups, chai-time pitches, and local bonding with shopkeepers.
  • High ownership – treats every lead like your own business deal.
  • Hustler mindset with a structured demo > follow-up > close rhythm.
  • Fluent in local language + working knowledge of English.
  • Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, Zoho/Salesforce, Google Forms, Excel, Gmail.

  • 10–15 store visits/week
  • 8+ product demos/month
  • 5+ paid client onboardings/month
  • Maintains 10+ active leads at any time
  • CRM hygiene maintained daily
  • Seamless handover to support teams post-sale

Base Salary:
Competitive fixed compensation based on city and experience level.
