• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or retail-related solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their business impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and apply common sense in sales approaches.
• Basic computer knowledge for managing CRM tools and reports.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
