Job Summary:
The Presales Specialist- Lead Generation will oversee the sales team’s performance. The role involves driving lead generation efforts, scheduling high-impact client meetings, and ensuring the team meets sales targets while promoting the company’s Vertical SaaS Application..
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
· Conduct lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
· Analyze market trends, industry segments, and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities and market trends.
· Build and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and key decision-makers.
· Initiate outreach campaigns through personalized cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage potential customers.
· Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, budget, and decision-making processes.
2. Meeting Scheduling:
· Ensure effective coordination of client meetings, focusing on high-priority prospects.
· Provide support during pre-meeting preparations and follow-ups.
· Assist in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our SaaS offerings.
· Prepare supporting materials, such as email templates, qualification frameworks, and market analysis reports, to support sales efforts
3. Industry Knowledge:
· Stay updated on trends in the SaaS industry and the domestic market to craft relevant outreach strategies.
· Identify new use cases and emerging customer needs to expand lead generation opportunities.
4. Solution Support:
- Assist in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our SaaS offerings.
- Prepare supporting materials, such as email templates, qualification frameworks, and market analysis reports, to support sales efforts.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare and present sales reports, including insights on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, outreach activities, and follow-ups.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, ensuring goals are met.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or inside sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over calls and emails.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
· Ability to conduct detailed research and extract actionable insights.
· Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
