We are a leading Marketing Technology Stack provider that is helping brands redefine their customer engagement in the digital era. Retail Brands use Zithara to drive long-term, personalised and context-based engagement across channels to help achieve increased customer retention as well as customer LTV. 

Zithara is an industry pioneer in the space  off line retail customer  engagement and engages  on more than 6500 touch points. This includes approximately 45k+ messages sent, to customers.

Zithara is a leading Customer Engagement platform that enables Retailers across to analyze customer behavior, understand their preferences, and send hyper-personalization communication at every touchpoint across their lifecycle. 

Offline retailers , B2C brands use Zithara to send omnichannel campaigns across touchpoints like push notifications (mobile and web), email, in-app, on-site messages, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook, and SMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional sales numbers, aligning Inside Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to meet targets.

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, ensuring clear pipeline visibility for the leadership team.

  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within named Enterprise Accounts.

  • Strategize on industry trends, shaping Zithara’s product roadmap based on mobile marketing ecosystem insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth objectives and execute go-to-market strategies effectively.


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, including Enterprise Sales, consistently exceeding quotas.

  • Expertise in building strong C-level relationships and executing GTM strategies.

  • Proficient in mobile marketing ecosystems and strategizing region-specific trends.

  • Ability to navigate large organizations, fostering opportunities through proactive collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities, leveraging data insights for stakeholder decision-making.
