The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our Hyderabad team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer onboarding, driving product adoption, managing client relationships, and enabling customers to achieve maximum value from the Zithara.ai platform. You will act as the voice of the customer within the organization while ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding & Implementation:
- Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding and implementation process
- Ensure successful setup, configuration, and integration of Zithara.ai CRM platform
- Support clients during implementation, data migration, and initial adoption
- Drive early product usage to ensure long-term success and value realization
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Platform Consultation & Success Planning:
- Assist clients in effectively using CRM and engagement features
- Understand business requirements and suggest tailored solutions
- Help customers achieve their desired business outcomes using the platform
4. Product Advocacy & Education:
- Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices
- Drive feature adoption and platform engagement
- Help customers maximize ROI from Zithara.ai
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Share customer feedback to improve product experience
- Support continuous improvement of customer journey and processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, or B2B technology companies preferred
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of CRM platforms and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored SaaS-based solutions
Client-Centric Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- High empathy and problem-solving ability
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business users and clients
