We are a leading Marketing Technology Stack provider that is helping brands redefine their customer engagement in the digital era. Retail Brands use Zithara to drive long-term, personalised and context-based engagement across channels to help achieve increased customer retention as well as customer LTV.
Zithara is an industry pioneer in the space off line retail customer engagement and engages on more than 6500 touch points. This includes approximately 45k+ messages sent, to customers.

Zithara is a leading Customer Engagement platform that enables Retailers across to analyze customer behavior, understand their preferences, and send hyper-personalization communication at every touchpoint across their lifecycle.
Offline retailers , B2C brands use Zithara to send omnichannel campaigns across touchpoints like push notifications (mobile and web), email, in-app, on-site messages, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook, and SMS.

What are we expecting from you?
-
Drive adoption of Zithara’s core and new products
-
Own marketing and promotional activities for product adoption of focus products (for ex, Webinars or Product Demos)
-
Create a launch strategy for new products and supplement it with marketing collateral (for ex, by creating a blog article and other snackable content such as infographics, videos, or case studies)
-
Convert product and tech knowledge into snackable content highlighting the value propositions for Zithara’s ICP and incorporating this into the brand’s Marcomm strategy/kit
-
Execute initiatives while ensuring all content is consistent in style, quality, and tone of the Zithara brand
-
Comfortable with understanding and writing about Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning

Produce content optimized for search (SEO) and reader experience across all channels viz. written, audio, and video content, among others

Generate ideas, create detailed outlines, and curate compelling content in multiple formats based on market data and insights
The skills that will make you the right fit are

Good grasp of the English language, especially in writing and presentation
-
·Strong collaboration skills to ensure seamless work with Design, Digital, Social, Paid, Email, Field Marketing, Partner, Product, and Product Marketing teams

Background of writing blog articles, reports, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, and other long-form content assets
-
Working knowledge of marketing principles and SEO best practices
-
Understanding brand and regulatory compliance
-
Ability to liaise with agencies, vendors, and creative/design professionals
-
Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills
-
Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, viz. proofreading, editing, and consistency
You’ll grab our attention immediately if you have
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, English, Journalism, or a related communications field

5+ years of experience in multi-channel and multi-format content creation for a B2B tech SaaS company
-
Skills that can help you convert tech/product knowledge into something valuable for our customers, i.e., if you speak about “value propositions” and not “features”
-
Owned multiple Marketing responsibilities in a B2B Tech SaaS with a PLG-led growth model in the past, or have a strong familiarity with a PLG motion
-
A strong understanding of data, using it to derive insights, and converting it into something our customers understand
-
Ideate and execute creative campaigns that stand out from standard B2B comms and visuals on social media or Email
