Transformative Change (XC) is the umbrella organization for a growing series of programs that offer participants ways of cultivating inner awareness as a foundation for engaging in social justice work.

We are actively building a remotely distributed workplace that centers liberatory practices and interdependent working relationships that embrace the whole person. XC is in the midst of rapid growth. We are looking for team members who will be comfortable stepping into an organizational structure and culture that is still being seeded. You will be part of a team whose work, and so our work culture, is fast-paced, energized, dynamic and emergent.
