Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Helper to join our Tulsa facility. This role supports maintenance technicians by assisting with inspections, basic repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting. The ideal Maintenance Helper will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs under supervision.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and maintenance areas.
• Transport tools, parts, and materials to job sites within the facility.
• Support setup and installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and report safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and update logs as needed.
• Perform basic data entry and upkeep on maintenance-related paperwork.

Requirements

• Knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
