• Position Overview

The CNC Machinist is responsible for performing complex, setup-heavy machining on high-precision parts using advanced multi-axis CNC equipment. • Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience performing full machine setups
• Ability to use precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to meet run times and adapt to changing priorities

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC equipment with minimal supervision
• Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tooling accurately
• Interpret complex prints, machining instructions, and specifications
• Perform complete machine setups including tooling, programs, offsets, and work coordinates
• Inspect first articles and production parts to ensure quality standards
• Verify correct materials are used for each job
• Troubleshoot machining, setup, and program issues in real time
• Maintain an organized and efficient work center
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
