Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Drill Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Sand Springs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC drilling machines to produce high-precision components according to detailed specifications. This is a night shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and a stable work environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a production or manufacturing setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and dedication to quality standards
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a CNC Drill Operator, your responsibilities will include:
• Setting up and operating CNC drilling machines for drilling, tapping, and machining operations
• Interpreting blueprints and work orders to determine job requirements
• Loading raw materials and monitoring machine performance for accuracy and consistency
• Inspecting finished products using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
• Adjusting machine settings to maintain tight tolerances and operational efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Recording production data and reporting any defects or inconsistencies

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
• Regular bending, twisting, and working with heavy machinery required
