Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable CDL-A Driver who is a team player and ready to do more than just drive. The CDL-A Driver will perform a hybrid role, consisting of approximately 30% driving and 70% warehouse and forklift work. This position requires flexibility, attention to safety, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicles for local or regional deliveries (approx. 30% of the time).
• Assist in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials.
• Use a forklift to move and secure freight (certification preferred, but training available).
• Secure loads properly following DOT regulations and company standards.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines, including DOT requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take instruction.
• Prior forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
