Position Overview
We are hiring a skilled Brake Press Operator to join a Tulsa-based fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating press brake machines to shape a variety of metal components while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards. The Brake Press Operator will play a critical role in ensuring parts meet customer specifications and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts
Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
Set up machines and adjust settings for specific jobs
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracy
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or in a related fabrication role
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
