Job Brief:
Are you a great communicator who loves helping people? We are hiring motivated, entry-level Client Support Agents to join our growing remote team. No prior experience required, we provide full training and all the tools you need to succeed from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Resolve issues quickly by understanding client needs and providing accurate information
• Log interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases to senior team members
• Follow up to ensure clients are satisfied with the solutions provided
• Meet daily response-time and quality targets with support from your team lead

Skills Required:

• Must be a Romanian citizen or a legal resident of Romania with full right to work
• Must be currently living and physically based in Romania at time of application and throughout employment
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (B2 level or above)
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Basic computer skills, email, web browsing, typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, comfortable working independently from home
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent (university studies a plus, not required)

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Any prior customer service, retail, or call center experience
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
• Ability to communicate in a second language (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
