About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to build and own our training function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, and understands the complexity of the managed accounts ecosystem (Advisory platforms and programs such as UMA, SMA and Rep Directed).
You will be responsible for architecting and executing a scalable training program that supports the needs of wealth management firms, advisors, asset managers, and internal teams—delivering engaging, practical education across live, self-guided, and video-based formats.
