SVP of Solutions Consulting 

About the Role

SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a rapidly growing financial services technology company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking an SVP of Solutions Consulting to join us. The Enterprise Architect is a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for aligning technical solutions with business needs during the sales lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor to both prospects and internal teams, this role bridges business objectives with platform capabilities—ensuring proposed solutions are achievable, scalable, and aligned to client goals. The Enterprise Architect leads discovery, develops tailored demos, documents requirements, and ensures a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Solution Design

  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to uncover business objectives, technical constraints, and workflow needs.
  • Translate findings into tailored solution designs, with detailed documentation and diagrams.

Demo Strategy & Execution

  • Build and present compelling, use-case-driven product demonstrations and prototypes tailored to the buyer’s persona, industry, and challenges.

Proposal & Scope Validation

  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to validate solution scope.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, and order form appendices.
  • Identify configuration, integration, and customization requirements early in the sales cycle.

Technical Liaison

  • Act as a key link between the client’s business and technical teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide conversations on platform capabilities, feasibility, and roadmap alignment.

Client Relationship Development

  • Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders through consultative engagement.
  • Influence decision-making by highlighting strategic value.

Client Onboarding

  • Lead and participate in all phases of client onboarding for the agreed-upon scope.

Handoff to Customer Success

  • Ensure smooth transitions by providing complete documentation and scope details.
  • Support continuity by joining client meetings as needed.

Product & Market Feedback Loop

  • Gather market insights, feature requests, and feedback to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or similar role within technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong background in pre-sales solution design, client engagement, and technical consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to deliver high-value solutions.
