Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hands-on Implementation Manager to lead initiatives to help expand our product offerings and support our clients.
We are looking for an experienced project manager who can partner with our squad members in defining the requirements, defining the solution, identifying and estimating the work necessary to achieve the solution, and tracking project progress to estimation. The role involves overseeing the software development lifecycle of client requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of financial software products while actively participating in technical tasks. The ideal candidate must have technical skills that enhance their project management expertise.

Requirements for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technical projects.
• Level of proficiency in reading C# and Python
• Ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and budget management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working in a financial services environment is preferred.

Skills We Are Looking For

Project Management:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of business process and financial software solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to read C# and Python code.
• Ability to develop basic queries over a database.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with software architects to ensure software designs align with the project's goals, technical requirements, and company standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a primary point of contact between business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders, conveying project status, updates, and risks in a clear and concise manner.
• Coordinate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the solution meets company standards and client requirements.
• Oversee code reviews, performance testing, and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues and maintain software quality.

Resource Management:

• Optimize resource utilization and workload distribution across the business and development teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill sets are available to support project needs.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports.
• Generate regular status reports and dashboards to track project performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
