We are looking for a Client Success - Onboarding Relationship Manager to manage the client onboarding experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient onboarding process is easy and effortless for the client to navigate. In this key role, you will work closely with the executive team, the sales team, technology partners, operations, and the client success organization. We are looking for someone with the right demeanor and tenacious attitude to pull customers through our implementation process, identify and manage issues, and create long-lasting customers who become raving fans.
