Job Description

Technoglobe is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Trainer with excellent communication,
presentation and sales skills.
The candidate will conduct free digital marketing workshops (classroom and online),
demonstrate AI marketing tools and convert workshop participants into paid course admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct free digital marketing workshops, seminars and online webinars.
- Train and demonstrate practical applications of digital marketing and AI tools.
- Generate interest in Technoglobe's paid training programs.
- Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and online meetings.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain lead records and submit performance reports.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, training, sales or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, counselling and admission conversion abilities.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp automation and CRM tools.
- Comfortable conducting classroom sessions and online webinars.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month +75000 based on 30 admissions per month
- Performance Incentive: 10% of actual course fees collected (excluding GST) for every
successful admission generated and converted by the candidate.
- Instalment payments will attract proportionate incentives.
