Key Requirements

✅ Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Core Module Development

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

• Ideation Management
• Demand Management
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Financial Management

✅ Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and best practices

✅ Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM modules

🔹 Collaborate with Customer POCs, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams

🔹 Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

🔹 Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow SPM solutions

🔹 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

🔹 Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices

🔹 Support project delivery, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements

What We're Looking For

✔ 4–7 years of ServiceNow development experience

✔ Strong expertise in SPM Core and related modules

✔ Client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

✔ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred
