The Product Manager – Channel Management will be responsible for developing and optimizing the channel partner ecosystem for EV financing. The role involves managing partnerships with dealers, OEMs, fintech platforms, and aggregators to enhance loan penetration and customer acquisition.
This includes identifying key channel partners, improving partner engagement, and ensuring seamless integration of financing solutions into their sales processes.
Job Responsibility
• Channel Strategy & Development:
o Design and implement a structured channel partner strategy for EV financing.
o Identify and onboard OEMs, dealers, and aggregators as financing partners.
o Develop pricing, incentive structures, and engagement frameworks for channel partners.
• Product & Process Enhancement:
o Define and improve financing products and workflows to ensure seamless partner integration.
o Work closely with sales, credit, and risk teams to align product offerings with market needs.
o Leverage technology to digitize and streamline financing processes for partners.
• Partner Performance Management:
o Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track partner contributions.
o Optimize partner activation, engagement, and retention strategies.
o Negotiate terms, incentives, and business agreements with partners to maximize engagement.
o Conduct regular training and engagement programs for channel partners.
• Sales & Performance Monitoring:
o Drive business growth by setting and monitoring partner sales targets.
o Analyze data on partner performance, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize channel strategies.
o Implement incentive structures and engagement programs to boost partner productivity.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
o Track industry trends and competitive offerings in channel financing.
o Develop insights and recommendations for continuous product improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner transactions.
o Coordinate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for channel partners.
Key Skills:Mandatory:
• Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks, OEM partnerships, and channel financing models.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially sales, risk, and operations.
• Experience with digital lending platforms, API integrations, and tech-driven partner solutions is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
o Develop strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, fintech aggregators, and other partners.
o Negotiate terms, incentives, and business agreements with partners to maximize engagement.
o Ensure smooth partner onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
