At Complixio, we're looking for an experienced and results-driven Online Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our sales growth across major e-commerce marketplaces and B2B procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
✅ Manage and grow business through GeM, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals
✅ Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace visibility
✅ Build relationships with institutional buyers and government procurement teams
✅ Develop and execute revenue growth strategies
✅ Analyze sales performance, forecast demand, and improve profitability
✅ Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Service teams
✅ Manage Vendor Central, Alpha Sales, procurement orders, pricing negotiations, and platform cost optimization
What We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in E-commerce & Online Sales Management
✔ Proven success on Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, and IndiaMART
✔ Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing SEO, and promotional tools
✔ Experience with government procurement processes and tender requirements
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
