Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive- Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver compelling presentation pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the agency's digital marketing strategies and capabilities.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft tailored client presentations that align with business objectives.
• Lead client meetings and presentations with exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends, and translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Create plans, strategies, and lead the team in executing digital marketing campaigns for key brand initiatives to generate awareness, engagement, consideration, and enquiries as per business KPIs.
• Work closely with digital, creative, and strategy teams to develop annual and campaign-level digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure readiness and execution of media plans (paid, owned, earned), social and content strategies, and strategic planning.
• Lead Martech initiatives such as LMS, remarketing, analytics, SEO, ORM, and reporting tools.
• Identify new technologies, practices, and generate marketing initiatives across digital (creative, media, data, tech).
• Measure and report performance of overall and key digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Oversee budget efficiency, planning, operations, and timelines for all key digital projects.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Programmatic Buying, OTT, ORM, Martech).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and campaign optimization.
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and digital marketing tools.
