🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Drive motor insurance sales and achieve business targets across Odisha.
🔹 Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, agents, and channel partners.
🔹 Lead, mentor, and manage the motor insurance sales team.
🔹 Develop and execute strategic sales plans for motor insurance products.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
🔹 Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
🔹 Oversee renewal retention and new business acquisition.

✔ Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory.
