🔹 Position: Process Executive – Voice

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers (US/UK).

• Resolve customer queries via calls and emails.

• Analyze transaction details using internal tools to determine appropriate actions.

• Deliver high-quality customer service experience.

• Follow data security and process compliance guidelines.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Graduate (Any discipline)
✔ Minimum 6 months experience in US/UK customer support
✔ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✔ Flexible for 24×7 shifts

🔹 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & active listening

• Good analytical skills

• Quick learner with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask & manage time effectively
