Job Summary

The NAC Engineer (L3) will be responsible for implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, with a primary focus on ForeScout technologies. The role requires strong expertise in NAC operations, network security, Active Directory integration, and Linux troubleshooting. The candidate will provide advanced-level support, ensure system availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure network access controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ForeScout NAC solutions.

• Provide L3 support for complex NAC-related incidents and issues.

• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and endpoint compliance issues.

• Integrate NAC solutions with network devices and security tools.

• Perform system health checks and support high-availability environments.

• Configure and maintain NAC policies and enforcement workflows.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory integration within the NAC environment.

• Handle digital certificates and NAC-related security configurations.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure seamless NAC operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ForeScout NAC implementation, administration, and L3 troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of network switching concepts and NAC enforcement workflows.

• Experience with Active Directory integration and troubleshooting.

• Strong Linux troubleshooting and administration skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Security, or Information Security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delinea PAM implementation and troubleshooting.

• Ability to manage Linux, Windows, and Active Directory service accounts through Delinea PAM.

• Familiarity with remote password rotation and privileged access management processes.

• Understanding of PAM-related operational and security best practices.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

• Strong understanding of enterprise network security concepts and access control mechanisms.

Important Note

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with ForeScout NAC. Profiles without relevant ForeScout NAC experience will not be considered.
