✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

• Experience: Prior International Customer Support experience required

• Skillset: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally

📝 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer queries effectively

• Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and escalation when necessary

• Work across rotational shifts and week offs
