 Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries over voice calls for international clients.

  • Deliver excellent customer service with clarity, patience, and professionalism.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating unresolved queries as needed.

  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions in internal systems.

  • Meet performance benchmarks including quality and response time.

 Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International BPO voice process.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

 Work Schedule:

  • Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts

  • Working Days: 5 days a week with any 2 rotational days off
