Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and scale our Instagram influencer collaborations for our D2C wellness brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns on Instagram
Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand values
Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations including negotiations, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with influencers for content creation, posting schedules, and approvals
Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI
Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators
Stay updated with Instagram trends, reels formats, and influencer marketing best practices
Work closely with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with D2C business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing (Instagram-focused)
Strong understanding of D2C brands and performance-driven marketing
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with influencer analytics and reporting tools
Negotiation and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in wellness, health, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, and content trends
Experience working with micro and macro influencers
