We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Female Telecallers to join our team and support customer outreach initiatives under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana project.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Make 50–80 outbound calls daily to prospective customers

🔹 Explain the benefits and services offered under PM Surya Ghar Yojana

🔹 Generate customer interest and qualify potential leads

🔹 Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records

🔹 Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and business closure

🔹 Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication

Required Skills

✅ Excellent communication skills in Odia and Hindi (English will be an added advantage)

✅ Good convincing and negotiation skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

✅ Ability to achieve daily calling and conversion targets

✅ Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
