About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Project Manager to oversee residential solar panel installation projects from client acquisition through project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, coordinating site activities, ensuring timely project completion, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential solar panel installation projects.

• Manage end-to-end project execution while ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Conduct site visits and monitor installation progress.

• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and installation teams.

• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets.

Client Management & Business Development

• Interact with prospective customers and support client conversion activities.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day project operations and resource allocation.

• Monitor project schedules, materials, and workforce availability.

• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Coordination & Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and installation records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.

• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

✅ 2–3 years of Project Management experience

✅ Experience in site management and project execution

✅ Strong coordination and team management skills

✅ Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Construction, or Infrastructure Projects

✔ Knowledge of residential solar installation processes

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

✔ Ability to work independently and lead field teams
