About the Role

Lisa HR is hiring Digital Marketing Executives (Freshers) to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have recently completed a Digital Marketing course and want to gain practical, hands-on experience working on real marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms.
• Create basic social media and promotional content using tools such as Canva.
• Assist with SEO and keyword research activities.
• Generate and manage online leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist with website content and digital marketing activities.
• Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Learn and implement the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers who have completed a Digital Marketing course.
• Candidates with a basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on real-world digital marketing projects.
• Candidates who have completed an internship or practical digital marketing project will be preferred.
• No prior full-time work experience required.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's digital marketing knowledge, practical skills, and interview performance.
