Job Brief:

We’re hiring a Growth Specialist who can write, plan, and execute marketing tasks for multiple clients.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will be involved across the full scope of each campaign. That includes writing content, designing landing pages (we teach you how), improving ad and SEO performance, and keeping everything on track.

You will work directly with clients, manage their work in ClickUp, and help deliver clear outcomes each week. We also invest heavily in training. You will get access to world-class marketing education, regular coaching, and hands-on support so you can keep getting better.

Responsibilities:

You’ll manage campaigns full circle, ensuring clients get the best results from their digital marketing. Here’s how you’ll spend your day:

Writing blog posts and landing pages
You’ll craft long-form blog posts, write high-converting landing pages, and ensure all content speaks to the client’s audience and ranks well on Google.

Designing wireframes
You’ll create low-fidelity wireframes for landing pages or websites based on the content you write. The goal is to enhance user experience and improve performance.

Managing clients and tasks
You’ll work directly with your assigned clients (typically 3–5) via Slack, tracking tasks, documenting progress, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Improving Google Ads and lead quality
You’ll monitor ad campaigns, improve profitability, and ensure the leads coming in meet the client’s expectations.

Improving SEO performance
You’ll create keyword strategies, optimise content, and improve client websites to get seen and rank higher on search engines.

Tracking results and improving profitability
You’ll measure lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to keep clients’ campaigns profitable and aligned with their goals.

Suggesting strategies and optimisations
You’ll use your digital marketing knowledge to propose new ideas that improve results, whether it’s for Google Ads, SEO, or website design.

Collaborating across the team
You’ll work closely with other team members in a flat, collaborative environment, sharing ideas and ensuring every campaign gets the attention it needs.

Improving processes
You’ll record Loom videos and document ideas to improve workflows, helping make the way we work better and more efficient.
