Growth Specialist — Google Ads, SEO & Content

JRR Marketing is hiring a Growth Specialist to own hands-on client marketing across Google Ads, SEO, landing pages, content, reporting and direct client communication.

This is a 100% remote, full-time contractor role open worldwide. Applications from across Latin America, including Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, are welcome. You will work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to arrange your day around agreed client and team commitments.

Compensation

The published base budget is PHP 60,000–90,000 per month, approximately USD 950–1,420 using the exchange rate checked on 21 October 2026. The USD figure is an indicative conversion, not a fixed USD offer; exchange rates change. Submit your minimum monthly expectation before tax in your own currency and confirm that you have reviewed the budget. Salary renegotiations are ongoing and based on delivered value.

What you will do

• Optimise Google Ads campaigns for conversions, qualified leads and profitability.
• Build keyword strategies and improve on-page SEO and website content.
• Write original long-form blog posts, landing pages and campaign copy in English.
• Plan low-fidelity wireframes for landing pages and websites.
• Use conversion tracking, Google Analytics, WhatConverts and campaign data to explain results and improve lead quality.
• Communicate directly with clients through Slack, manage tasks in Staff App, and provide clear weekly progress updates.
• Record Loom walkthroughs, document processes and suggest practical improvements.

Client numbers depend on each client's monthly hours, the work required and your available capacity. Clients commonly have 10 or 20 hours per month, so you may sometimes work across 8 or 9 clients. We aim to keep client numbers as low as possible to support focused work and a sustainable workload.

What you need

Strong professional English for client calls, campaign explanations, briefs and long-form writing. We assess clarity and job-ready communication, not accent or nationality. Show work you personally delivered, including your contribution and the results.

You should have working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, landing pages, conversion tracking and lead generation, plus careful task management across several accounts. This role needs your full professional focus and must be your only full-time job. Client tasks are logged in Staff App and payroll time in Trackabi.
