The HTML/CSS role is a 3 to 6-month contract to hire position. We seek a talented Technical Support Specialist who will interface directly with our clients to help support them with their web portals and electronic marketing campaigns using our products. You will work with cutting edge marketers from some of the nation’s best companies. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with clients through email and phone, so interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential in this position.
The desired qualifications for this position include:
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience using Bootstrap 3
- Experience with Visual Studio (or any code editor)
- CS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Previous experience in troubleshooting applications
- High Attention to detail and ability to work well with others, and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience working in support or directly with customers preferred
While 1-3 years of experience is strongly preferred, this is an entry-level opportunity, and recent graduates or those about to graduate with experience are encouraged to apply. Proven performance at this level opens doors to advancement to several other positions within the company.
