Job Description

Impartner is seeking Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for driving interest with prospective clients to Impartner’s solutions across the channel management marketplace. A primary responsibility of an Outbound BDR is to conduct initial client engagement and manage early stages of the sales cycle for SaaS opportunities. This includes client prospecting, lead generation, lead development, opportunity identification and progress of opportunities from notice, identify, validate and qualified sales stages.


You will be integral in shaping how we engage and gain interest from prospective customers. As the first touch point with potential customers, you will have a strong aptitude for qualifying if there is a need, interest, and ability to buy. In doing so, you'll successfully manage early sales funnel activity, ensuring new customer acquisition is high quality and consistent. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Actively generate self-created leads from digital prospecting leveraging various tools and applications available
  • Identify decision makers among targeted leads to initiate the sales process
  • Reach out to leads with cold calls accompanied by templated emails to build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Research target accounts to prioritize account-based outreach
  • Work within Salesforce.com CRM to maintain strong organization in lead nurturing alongside maintaining data excellence
  • Leverage technology to build accurate lead lists and find accurate contact information for leads
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly goals for Opportunities created, opportunity progression, and activity
     

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 1 year of experience in SaaS Sales
  • Two or more years work history in sales, marketing, and/or account management.
  • Understanding and demonstrated ability to utilize and leverage basic business tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, WebEx, Salesforce.com and the like required.
  • Ability to leverage social media to gain access to prospective clients and meetings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate both via phone and in written format.
  • Superb customer service and relationship building capabilities.
