We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Project Lead to lead and optimize artificial intelligence projects, a pivotal role in our company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and completion and implementing continuous improvement strategies to maximize efficiency and quality across all AI-related processes.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Define projects' scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with interested parties.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets specific to projects.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise.
- Ensure that projects finish on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes using continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and others).
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and product quality.
- Perform process analysis and develop KPIs to measure the performance and results of the implemented improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement among teams and provide training and support when necessary.

Coordination and Communication:

- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of AI projects and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all projects and improvements is maintained.

Innovation and Technology:

- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and project management.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can improve efficiency and quality of work.

Requirements:

- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) are highly valued.
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in AI project management and continuous improvement, preferably in technology or artificial intelligence companies.
- English advance.
- Portuguese: very convenient.

Technical skills:

- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and data analysis.
- Knowledge of programming languages ​​and AI tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others).
