We started our Headhunting & Key Personnel Selection Consulting activities in 1993, serving our first client in Argentina: Shell CAPSA. 

We start developing a client's portfolio in the Bank and IT segments as a consequence of our professional background.

In 2001 we expanded the regional scope directing recruitment processes for companies in Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

In 2008, we reorganized and opened new operations in Mexico and the United States.

Julio P. Cepeda joins our company as Headhunting Director in 2020. Julio has the backings of 30 years of successful professional experience as CEO of international companies in Brazil, Mexico, the USA, and Argentina.
