Job Description: 
The primary mission of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure operational continuity through effective and safe maintenance of equipment and facilities. Their goal is to minimize downtime and maintenance costs, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or higher
- Management experience in engineering maintenance teams
- Essential experience in the food industry
- Nebosh or IOSH Qualified and Practiced are desired
- Knowledge and experience in the optimization of facilities and Processes
- Customer-oriented and with good leadership and planning ability
