Job Brief:
 Must have hands on experience in Indian Payroll (Also known as Global Payroll)
 Experience in Configuration is Must
 Hands on experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll for about 3-6 years 
 Good understanding of Indian Payroll and related Indian tax rules is a must 
 Must have sound knowledge on multiple modules: Global Payroll, Absence Management, Payroll
Interface and Compensation 
 Identifying and resolving functional issues in the client’s HR systems 
 Creating business requirements and technical specification documentation  
 Providing functional expertise to assist in customization reapplication related to upgrades and
patch/fix application 
 Ability to analyze People Code, Application Engine and Application Messaging at higher level 
 Creating PS Queries 
 Executing SQL statements 
 Knowledge on PeopleSoft security 
 Creating Project and test plans 
 Exposure to all phases of the project: development, testing and production support 
 Work experience on multiple versions of PeopleSoft and People Tools
