Job Brief: The Restaurant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of a restaurant facility. This includes ensuring all systems are functioning properly, responding quickly to any maintenance needs, and executing preventative maintenance measures.
*Starting at $30 - $35 hour Salary Range.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect the restaurant facility on a regular basis to identify and resolve any maintenance issues • Respond quickly to any customer complaints related to the maintenance of the facility • Execute preventative maintenance measures as necessary to ensure the long-term health of the restaurant • Maintain and repair any damaged or malfunctioning equipment or systems in the restaurant • Perform regular health, safety checks, and keep records of maintenance activities • Monitor inventory of replacement parts, tools, and materials • Schedule and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
