Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. The Bar Manager will play a key role in creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming bar environment, overseeing staff, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive bar menu, featuring signature cocktails and a selection of premium spirits and beverages.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, ensuring they provide attentive and friendly service to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee ordering and inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage.
  • Create and update cocktail recipes and drink presentations, keeping up with industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage and troubleshoot any issues with bar equipment, such as dispensers and refrigeration units.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop promotional events, special offers, and marketing strategies to boost bar revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol-related laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative bar team culture.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Implement responsible alcohol service practices.



Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a bar or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • TIPS or similar alcohol service certification is a plus.
