Qualifications and Experience:  

·       1 to 3 years experience in technical support or integration role with direct customer interaction is an advantage.  

·       Eager to learn, capable of understanding concepts and applying them to novel scenarios.  

·       Excellent technical troubleshooting/critical thinking skills.  

·       Experience managing multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously.  

·       Must have an understanding of basic web services APIs (request/response, etc.).  

·       Must be familiar with XML and/or JSON structures.  

·       Ability to use/understand SQL queries.  

·       Must be familiar with Source control (Git, etc.).  

·       Must be familiar with Issue tracking (Jira, etc.).  

·       Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).  

·       Experience or training in direct customer-facing role.  

·       Ability to effectively handle competing priorities in a fluid environment.  

·       Exposure to financial markets, particularly the collateral/derivatives and risk management space is a bonus.   

 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of Equivalent 

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Data Integration forms part of the Client Services team responsible for implementing solutions to onboard counterparties on a proprietary software, at the same time delivering technical application support to clients globally 24x6.   

  • Work with technical onboarding of new clients onto the proprietary MarginSphere software application.  

  • Work closely in implementation of additional services for existing clients.  

  • Configuration of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for ETL.  

  • Resolution of escalated support issue.  

  • Ensure that the highest levels of service are delivered to AcadiaSoft clients.  

  • Provide telephone and email-based customer support. 

 

About Our Client: 

Our client is a leader in risk and collateral management services providing trading software to their clients and managing a global production transaction network. The Data Integration team is primarily responsible for Data mapping and the process of creating data element mappings between the trading software source data and targeted clients distinct data models so that they can begin trading with their counterparties.  

Ideal candidates will need to have a technology background and a strong understanding of programming logic or database schemas although programming is not required for this role.  

The team will be staffed globally and will be aligned to specific customers based on customer needs and locations. The team will work closely with customers to ensure full automation across counter parties and asset classes.
