Customer Support Associate – German & English Speaking

We work with an international client base that have Customer Support opportunities across a number of their EU operations. Their customer support teams are multi-lingual and so our challenge is to help them find motivated and enthusiastic candidates who are geographical flexible and able to bring their language skills to one of these locations. What is the job you may ask?
The simple answer is that you will be helping our clients to look after their clients and help solve any problems that they may be facing. This will be via a number of in-bound channels such as phone, email, web chat etc. The facilities are state of the art with strong investment in their offices and systems, meaning the CS team are free to concentrate on what they are good at, and that is providing best in class customer support.

What are we looking for? We are open on your background, however you will need to be able to show some kind of customer service experience. If you have worked in a call or support centre, then this would be perfect, however you could have just finished school or university and be looking for your first full time opportunity. What is important is that you are a native German speaker with good English language skills. You will enjoy helping people with their problems and be a positive and patient person.
