This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience to future faculty members, helping them hone their skills in guiding students in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Program Overview:

• A 6-month rigorous training program focusing on teaching methodologies, student psychology, and subject matter expertise.

• Faculties must remain attentive throughout the training to ensure they are fully prepared to teach.

• Regular study materials will be provided to ensure continuous learning, along with weekly tests to assess progress.

• The program is structured into three distinct stages:

 

- Beginner (Score < 50%): Focus on comprehensive learning of study materials.

- Intermediate (Score 50-80%): Engage with study materials and interact with students for 2 hours daily.

- Pro (Score > 80%): Lead student interactions for 3-4 hours daily.

Program Requirements by Subject:

1. Physics:

   • Strong foundation in Physics concepts (Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, etc.)

   • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable manner.

   • Passion for teaching and solving problems.

   • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physics or related field.

   • Experience or interest in preparing students for entrance exams is a plus.

   Once you've applied, you will be scheduled for an assessment test. Based on your score:

   - < 50%: You'll start as a Beginner.

   - 50-80%: You'll join the Intermediate level.

   - > 80%: You'll be placed in the Pro level.

3. Step 3: Start YourJourney

   Based on your assigned level, you'll begin your training, receive materials, and join scheduled workshops and webinars. Regular tests will help you track progress throughout the program.
