Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team at Writo Education Pvt. Ltd. As an HR specialist in the Education Management industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, scheduling, and filing

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs

• Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics

• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
