The role looks like someone that:

• Has at least 5 years of experience.

• Has a proactive approach to solving problems, delivering results and building structured, organized and beautiful code. 

• Someone that is able to work and feels comfortable in a mid-fast paced environment. 

• A results oriented person that can accommodate changes.

• Understands the Agile methodology and can summit to the role as a team member.

• Participates in all Agile team meetings.

• Communicates well.

• Be able to work independently or as part of a Pair Programming team.

• Someone that is structured, responsible and transparent. 

• Has a work space that is comfortable and allows him to be productive.

• Someone that is aware of security issues and does all necessary to prevent them. 

• Someone that loves technology and is always uptodate.

• Works well with Git workflows, CI - CD pipelines, Test driven developments.

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.

• A knowledge of Elastic, Graphite, Grafana would be a plus

The candidate

The right candidate is:

• Engineer in Information Technology and software development or equivalent with substantial experience in fast moving environments.
• Committed and organised, able to work in teams, following clear project plans and deadlines.
• Collaborative and nice to work with.
• Able to work well in both languages English and Spanish.

The Backend developer stack:

• Go proficiency. (Must have)

• Docker &  Kubernetes (Should have)

• SRE experience (Should have)

• Node.js (Nice to have)

• Java (Nice to have)

General experience must have:

• AWS related to the job role position. (Lambdas, EventBridge, EC2, IAM)

• Payment gateways

• Postgresql

• Redis

General nice to have:

• Previous experience with Serverless

• Previous experience with API Gateway

• Previous experience with Cassandra | Timescale

• Previous work in Startups

• A security related certificate

• Previous experience with Pentesting
