The Position:

Senior Full-stack Web Developer position offers an opportunity to build on your past web design and development experience to work with global brands. With WhiteMonk, you will work with global and local clients and help create stunning digital marketing experiences for them that drive sales leads and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Independently design and implement new features and functionality
- Lead and train development team
- Establish website’s architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
- Work with competitive timelines with constrained resources

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in writing scalable HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Analytical skills that enable solving complex issues
- 5+ years professional development experience with LAMP
- 4+ years professional development experience with Wordpress
- 4+ years professional development experience with JavaScript front-end web application frameworks (like AngularJs, Node.js, GruntJS and Sass)
- Familiarity with SVN (like GitHub)
- Working knowledge of multiple CMS / E-commerce systems (like WooCommerce and Magento)
- Good communication skills preferred
- Prior team management experience preferred
