We’re currently looking for native Japanese speakers based in Japan to join our team as Digital Content Evaluation Specialists. This role is a great opportunity to work remotely, flexibly, and be part of shaping AI experiences that impact millions of users globally.

About the Role:
As a Digital Content Evaluation Specialist, you will assess and review various types of content in Japanese, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and high quality. Your insights will help improve how AI systems understand and deliver content to users.

Examples of content may include:

  • Mobile apps and Smart TV interfaces

  • AI assistant responses

  • Music, videos, books, and podcasts

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Be fluent in Japanese (native level) and highly familiar with Japanese culture

  • Have lived in Japan for at least the past 5 years

  • Regularly engage with a wide range of digital media and streaming content

  • Be comfortable using modern technology such as smartphones, smart TVs, and streaming platforms

  • Have strong attention to detail and a critical eye for content quality

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Japanese (as spoken in Japan)

  • Based in Japan for at least the past 5 years

  • Able to read and follow instructions in English

  • Able to provide feedback and comply with guidelines written in English

  • Familiar with digital content platforms and online community dynamics

  • Interested in media, entertainment, and current digital trends

  • Have access to a laptop or desktop computer (mobile devices are not suitable for this role)

  • Available to work at least 4 hours per week, depending on data availability

Important Notes:

  • Time spent applying or preparing for onboarding is unpaid

  • Long periods of inactivity may result in removal from the project

  • A signed NDA is not required during application, but you will be asked to review it as part of the process
