The WEiNSPiRE Strategic Advisory Program is a confidential, embedded support service for senior leaders navigating complex decisions, transitions, and team dynamics. Our trained, context-aware Leadership Advisors act as thinking partners, mirrors, and strategic troubleshooters—enabling leaders to move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed capacity.

Position Summary
WEiNSPiRE is seeking experienced and insightful Leadership Advisors to provide 1:1 strategic support to senior executives, founders, and directors. Advisors will serve as confidential sounding boards and reflection partners—supporting leaders through transitions, decisions, organizational challenges, and leadership growth journeys.
This is not a coaching or consulting role in the traditional sense. It is a strategic advisory partnership grounded in trust, wisdom, and the ability to hold space for clarity, non-judgment, and purposeful action.Key Responsibilities

Serve as a confidential, strategic thought partner to assigned leaders.

Facilitate reflective conversations that help leaders navigate: complex decisions, role transitions, team and board dynamics, vision setting, strategic planning, energy alignment, and burnout prevention.

Offer insight, wisdom, and challenge in a supportive, non-directive manner.

Attend ongoing training and reflection sessions hosted by WEiNSPiRE.

Maintain detailed session notes (as appropriate) and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Participate in the Community of Practice and contribute to collective growth and thought leadership.

We’re looking for advisors who are:
- Retired or semi-retired senior leaders (e.g., CEOs, Directors, Founders, Executives) or individuals with deep leadership experience and emotional intelligence.
- Able to listen deeply and offer wise, timely insight without taking over.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to support leaders through complexity.
- Committed to confidentiality, inclusivity, and leadership integrity.
- Not afraid to challenge, gently disrupt patterns, or sit in silence when needed.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles (public, private, or nonprofit sector).

Demonstrated ability to support or mentor other leaders.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.

Medium-level technology proficiency (e.g., Zoom, MS Word Suite, Teams).

Access to a quiet, private workspace with stable internet.
Desirable Qualities

Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, executive advising, or facilitation.
