Job Brief:
We are hiring for the position of Inbound International BPO Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our dynamic Travel Process team. This role requires 6 months - 2 years experience in international BPO, It involves working in a captive process, handling flight booking and ticketing inquiries for our US-based customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by managing inbound calls from international clients.
- Assist customers with flight booking, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and effectively in a US-shift environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing accurate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an international BPO, particularly in a travel process, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a US-shift time zone.
- Knowledge of flight booking and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
