We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Editor to join our e-Learning YouTube channel team. The Motion Graphics Editor will be responsible for creating dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that will enhance the educational content of our YouTube channel.

 

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance the educational content of our channel.
• Collaborate with the content team, including instructional writers and Researchers, to understand the educational objectives of each video and create motion graphics that effectively convey the intended message.
• Utilize motion graphics software, video editing tools, and other relevant software to create high-quality visual content that aligns with our WL brand and style guidelines.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed, to enhance the educational value of the content.
• Optimize motion graphics and videos for different platforms and devices, ensuring the best possible visual quality and performance for our audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, animations, and e-Learning, and incorporate them into our videos as appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate and provide creative input to enhance visual storytelling in our videos.
• Maintain organized files and project documentation, and adhere to the company's file naming and version control protocols.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of motion graphics and video editing processes and workflows, with a focus on enhancing the educational value of our videos.

Must Haves

• Certification or Bachelor's degree in multimedia, graphic design, animation, e-Learning, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics, animations, and visual effects, with a focus on educational content. Proficiency in video editing software such as, Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, animations, and e-Learning.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Animate CC, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Excellent eye for design, with a strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and visual storytelling, specifically for e-Learning videos.
• Solid understanding of e-Learning principles, including instructional design, learning objectives, and user experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment, and take feedback and direction from clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually and verbally.
