A brief role description is provided below:
- Monitor live calls during US CST / MST hours and make interventions wherever necessary.
- Directly handle inbound calls when required.
- Enter data related to the calls handled in the required format on various applications.
- Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency.
- Transcribe conversations and categorize them as required.
- Coordinate between different individuals and agencies as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow.
- Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management.
- Work on improving and automating the end-to-end transaction call and process.
