Candidate having minimum 2 Years Experience in US Voice Process role can apply.

Work Type : Remote , India

Week offs - During Weekdays (No Sat / Sun offs) -5 Working Days

Shift - US TImezone 

A brief role description is provided below:

  • Monitor live calls during US CST / MST hours and make interventions wherever necessary.
  • Directly handle inbound calls when required.
  • Enter data related to the calls handled in the required format on various applications.
  • Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency.
  • Transcribe conversations and categorize them as required.
  • Coordinate between different individuals and agencies as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow.
  • Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management.
  • Work on improving and automating the end-to-end transaction call and process.
